The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 4845 of 2019, arising out of Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 476 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 30(a) (b), 38, 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case 10 ltrs of country made Mahua wine was seized. The petitioner is in custody since 26.05.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two
