====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 10-08-2017 This application has been filed for restoration of M.J.C No. 2083 of 2010 which was dismissed on 04.12.2013. In M.J.C. No. 2083 of 2010 the respondents wanted to take on record certain orders passed in pursuance to the order passed in M.J.C. No. 3181 of 2007. The office has pointed out various defects and the same have not been rectified even more than four years have passed.
Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case and the issue involved in the matter which is also to bring notice to the Court the compliance made with regard to certain
Patna High Court MJC No.755 of 2014 (4) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 order passed on 17.03.2010 in M.J.C. No. 3181 of 2007, it seems that now with the passage of time, the issue in question has been rendered infructuous.
