The petitioner seeks bail in Madanpur P.S. Case No. 71/2019, instituted for offence under Section(s) 379, 411, 414, 467, 468, 469, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that petitioner was arrested by the police with one motorcycle. He could not produce any paper with regard to motorcycle. It is alleged that petitioner disclosed before the police that aforesaid motorcycle belongs to his cousin brother Guddu Yadav. On verification of registration number of said motorcycle, informant found different vehicle registered on it.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from conscious
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41557 of 2019(2) dt.11-07-2019 2/2 possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is student. Petitioner is in custody since 02.04.2019.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Madanpur P.S.
