2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307/506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. petitioner is alleged to have opened fire on the informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though there is is allegation of firing against the petitioner, but informant did not sustain any fire arms injury. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the submission of learned counsel the petitioner, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the
