The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 406/409/420/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the allegation of payment of money is against the father of this petitioner though there is no material to substantiate that the petitioner or her mother were business partner of the father. However, simply the allegation is that they were in connivance with father. Father has already been allowed anticipatory bail with condition that he would refund the money.
