This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 120B, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that some misappropriation was made and a fictitious lady was placed in place of the informant and a forged deed of gift was created in favour of other co-accused. The petitioners are either identifier or witness of the said deed of gift. Submission of the petitioner is that civil suit is going on for redressal of the grievance and the allegation is yet to be established by the prosecution during trial.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 282 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, or successor
