2. The petitioner, who is husband of opposite party no.2, apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 307, 120(B), 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on the intervention of well wishers, parties have resolved their dispute and have reached compromise.
4. Factum of compromise is not controverted by learned counsel appearing for the opposite party no.2.
5. In view of the aforesaid development, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, above-named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46088 of 2023(4) dt.27-06-2024 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate Begusarai, Complaint Case No. 1780 C of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as the conditions mentioned in the compromise petition, if any.
