2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 366 , 504, 506 and 34 of the IPC .

3 . As per the prosecution case , this petitioner along with other co-accused persons is alleged to have kidnapped the minor daughter of informant for the purpose of marriage . The victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P C has supported the prosecution case and stated that this petitioner along with other co-accused persons forcibly got her seated on motorcycle and made her unconscious. It is further stated that on getting consciousness, victim found herself in UP in a hotel room where this petitioner along with other co-accused persons

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45900 of 2024(3) dt.31-08-2024 2/2 assaulted her and also harassed her by making her video viral on facebook .
