This application for grant of regular bail arise out of Barhara P.S. Case No. 49 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The deceased was married with the petitioner in the year 2018 and she was killed in 2020 due to demand of dowry. The petitioner being husband is required to explain the death of the deceased which he is unable to do. In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is
