2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rupau P.S. Case No. 35 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 74, 75(3), 78(2) of BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 19.02.2025 at around 9:00 A.M., while the informant's daughter was going to Baliyari village for tuition, the petitioner intercepted her way and misbehaved with her. It is further alleged that the petitioner had previously misbehaved with her.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner used to tease the informant's daughter when she was going to tuition.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, in my view, the petitioner doesn't deserve the privileges for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, it is rejected.

7. If the petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail before the court below, his bail application shall be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced by this order. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) kundan/- U T
