The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Pratapganj P.S. Case No. 37 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that general and omnibus allegation has been leveled against the petitioners with regard to demand of dowry. It is further submitted that the husband of the victim lady has already been taken into custody. It is further submitted that these petitioners shall make themselves available in the investigation to cooperate whenever called upon.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54328 of 2015 (3) dt.04-01-2016 Considering the nature of allegation made and that these petitioners have been not assigned any particular role, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Birpur (Supaul) in connection with Pratapganj P.S. Case No. 37 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
