The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 325 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they assaulted the informant by means of sharp weapon, due to which he sustained severe injuries.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. It is a case and counter case between the parties. No

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52357 of 2016 (3) dt.20-12-2016 2/2 specific injury has been attributed against the petitioner. The specific allegation has been made against co-accused Bhagwan Rai and Dharmendra Rai. There is land dispute between the parties.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Biraul, District Darbhanga in connection with Kueshwar Asthan P.S. case No.80 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
