JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-11-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bikramganj PS case no. 141 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of Arms Act. The allegation against the petitioner and one another is abusing the informant and others and subsequently, the petitioner along with arms is said to have been produced before the police by the villagers.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as far as the allegation in the FIR is concerned, the same is only with regard to abusing the informant and there is no allegation of any overt act against the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has a clean antecedent.
