Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Sonbersa P.S. Case No. 21 of 2020 registered under Sections 120-B and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act.

In view of allegation levelled against the petitioner that he and his family member were involved in the murder of the first son of the informant and now the second son of the informant has been killed, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
