2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 63 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 329(3), 329(4), 324(2), 303(2), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioner and the informant are brothers. The petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim. There is a counter case also.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the parties have settled their dispute. The petitioner is in custody since 25.04.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43926 of 2025(2) dt.16-07-2025 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 63 of 2025.
