In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.01 of 2017, arising out of Madhwapur P.S. Case No.28 of 2015 (G.R. No.1963 of 2015), registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 447, 323, 341, 302/149, 364, 120(B) and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

Earlier the petitioner has moved before this Court for bail in Criminal Miscellaneous No.39361 of 2016 and this Court vide order dated 19.09.2016 rejected the bail of the petitioner by a detailed order.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53655 of 2017 (3) dt.17-01-2018 2/2 This Court does not find any merit in the present application. Hence, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. (Shivaji Pandey, J) pawan/- U T
