The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 112 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 323 and 354(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to personal enmity. Further he submits that the first information report is lodged
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53644 of 2021(2) dt.26-04-2022 2/2 after three days of the alleged occurrence. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-VII, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 112 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
