2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No. 130 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 308, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, main allegation of assault is against one Ramesh Yadav and the petitioner is said to have participated in the same and have also taken out Rs. 45000 from the pocket of the informant.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he is in custody since 7.5.2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No. 130 of 2024.
