Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects, as pointed out by the Office, within a period of four weeks.

On behalf of the petitioner, it has been submitted that process under Sections 82 and 83 Cr.P.C. in connection with N.H. Bangra P.S. Case No. 93/2014 has already been issued against the petitioner. In the said circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to surrender in the Court below and seek regular bail. It is further submitted that if the petitioner surrenders in the Court below, his application for the regular bail may be

Permission is accorded.

The present application stands disposed of. However, if the petitioner surrenders in the Court below and prays for bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
