2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 376, 354 and 354C of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner forcibly established physical relation with informant and also took her photographs in his mobile phone and on protest, this petitioner extended threat to the informant for making her photo viral on social media and also to kill all family members of informant.
