2. This application, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is directed against the order dated 30.07.2013 passed in Dehri (Dalmia Nagar) P.S. Case No.77 of 2013 by the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri-On-Sone, Rohtas, taking cognizance of the offence under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act against the accused-petitioner on perusal of the materials available in the case diary.

3. On going through the impugned order, I find no illegality

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22016 of 2014 dt.28-08-2017 2/2 therein amounting to an abuse of the process of the court for interference with the same in an extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. 4.

Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
