1. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 487 of 2023 registered for offences under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. If such an application is filed in the court below for grant of regular bail, then the same may be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
