2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief:

i) For issuance of appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus seeking direction to Respondents to provide certified copy of order of Mutation Case No. 1157/18-19 on the basis of which Jamabandi No. 4337 was created, along with correction copy of the order which was not supplied inspite of repeated demand.

ii) For issuance of appropriate writ in

Patna High Court CWJC No.11448 of 2022(8) dt.23-07-2026 2/2 the nature of mandamus seeking direction to Respondents to supply the document which was demanded by the petitioner and which is a public document and petitioner has right to obtained such document.

iii) For any other relief or reliefs for which petitioner is entitled for.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in spite of repeated requests, no certified copy in respect to order of Mutation Case No. 1157/2018-19 and Jamabandi No. 4337 has been supplied to the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that vide Letter No. 1019, dated 04.07.2026, the same has been supplied to the petitioner.
