JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 06-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 332 of 2016 registered for offence punishable under section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The petitioner no. 1 had moved earlier before this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 19380 of 2017 and this Court, vide order dated 06.07.2017, rejected the same but the petitioner till date has not surrendered, which is a very serious matter. Looking to the facts and circumstance of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to petitioner no. 1 and
