1. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

2. This is an application for issuance of appropriate writ(s), direction(s) to the respondents to appoint the petitioner on appropriate post on the basis of compassionate ground because his father who was posted and working as Clerk at D.A.V. Post Graduate College, Siwan under J.P. University, Chapra had died in harness in service period leaving behind his two sons and two daughters along with wife.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.11465 of 2022 dt.20-03-2024 2/2 seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

4. The petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the Registrar, Jai Prakash University, Chapra (respondent no. 5) along with all supporting documents within a period of three weeks and the respondent no.5 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within eight weeks thereafter.

5. It is made clear that respondent no.5 shall be liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
