2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 423, 466, 467, 468, 469, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that petitioner got a sale deed executed through impersonation.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the bona-fide purchaser and he himself may have been cheated. Petitioner is in custody since 29.04.2024. He further submits that a title suit between the parties with regard to the land in question is already pending.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47179 of 2024(2) dt.10-07-2024 2/2 prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bhabua (Kaimur)/concerned Court below in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 311 of 2018. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U
