The petitioners are in custody since 24.08.2017 & 26.06.2017 respectively in connection with Fulkaha P.S. Case No. 86 of 2016 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 and 120 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there was land dispute between the parties and the present petitioners have been implicated. At best, they can be treated as members of the Mob and no specific role was assigned to them.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
