The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 148/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioner was Director of Vikas Institute of Technology. The petitioner and others took money for admission of her daughter. The informant alleged that the petitioner fled away with huge amount and did not issue certificate to her daughter.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegation is false and concocted. The petitioner never took any money from the informant. Some dispute arose due to rent of the house. No chit of paper is filed showing any receipt of money by

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 148/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Vinita/- U T
