Petitioner is in custody in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 135 of 2013 for the offence under section 395, 397, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Explosive Substance Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner and informant are neighbours and there is land dispute between the parties for the last 20 years.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 18.2.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner and informant are neighbours and there is land dispute between them, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named

Case No. 135 of 2013.
