The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Sections 30 (A)/34(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
It is contended that, as per allegation, 4 litres of country made liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner. No.53388 of 2017(2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Chutiya P.S. Case No. 47 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
