Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on account of some sort of typographical error in the judgment, the appellant could not avail the opportunity to get it corrected within the peremptory time so prescribed vide order dated 11.07.2018 relating to Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 1865/2018.

However, the aforesaid defect is found duly removed at the end of the learned lower court and certified copy of the judgment has already been filed depicting the same whereupon, stretching upon the effect of order dated 11.07.2018, Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 1865/2018 is directed to be restored to its original status. Consequent thereupon, Cr. Misc. No. 61531/2018 is allowed.
