JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-12-2015 Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 308 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The prosecution case is that 26 F.I.R named accused persons came along with 10-15 unknown assaulted the informant's side in the background of land dispute and resorted to firing also.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that injuries have been found to be superficial, simple in nature and there is counter version of the occurrence also.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the fact that accusation is
