The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 30.7.2012 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Patna City, in Criminal Revision No. 507 of 2011.

The Petitioner is agreed with the part of the order dated 30.7.2012 by which the Additional Sessions Judge, Patna City has observed with regard to the title of the land since this is not within the scope of Proceeding under Section 145 Cr. P.C. This application is disposed off with a direction to the Magistrate to ignore any observation in its regard and proceed in accordance with law.
