The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Rajpur P.S.Case No.11 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per FIR, while the informant was going to his house by a motorcycle after closing the shop, three miscreants came there and snatched cash of Rs.7,000/- and other articles from him. Petitioner is not named in the FIR and he has one criminal antecedent also.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that his name transpired on the confessional statement of the co-accused and except that there is nothing against him and on his confessional statement, he has been made accused in two

Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that in this case TIP is required and unless the petitioner appears the same can not be done.. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below on its own merit..

With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
