The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tatarpur P.S. Case no. 242 of 2018, registered under Sections 341, 448, 323, 379, 354(B) and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that on 29.10.2018 at about 8.30 A.M. the informant was preparing breakfast in her house and her daughter Babi Rukhsar was also present there. In the meantime, all of sudden, Aurangjeb, Md. Medium, Md. Imran and Bibi Farha entered in her house and started dragging her daughter outrage her modesty, when informant made protest then all caused injury to informant by means of Lathi, danda and petitioner put pistol at the temporal region of the

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and other co-accused are next door neighbour of the informant and due to draining out of water the quarrel took place due to that reason, informant lodged the present case with false allegation against the petitioner and others. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-VII, Bhagalpur in connection with Tatarpur P.S. Case No. 242 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
