JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 24-02-2021 Once again the petitioner has failed to produce demand draft despite commitment made before this Court through his lawyer. Earlier the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner had been rejected vide order dated 25.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50265 of 2019 after taking note of his conduct in deviating from his own statements made before this Court.

Since the petitioner has failed to produce demand draft despite opportunity granted to him by this Court vide order dated 10.02.2021 and at this stage now learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would withdraw
