2. This Cr. Misc. application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. No.2 vide order dated 12.04.2019 passed by a coordinate bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.20955 of 2019.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned trial court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall assist the court in this regard.

4. Learned counsel for O.P. No.2 and learned A.P.P. for the State have no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
