2. This application for grant of leave against the order of acquittal has been filed by the petitioner/complainant herein.

3. The respondents-accused persons have been acquitted by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st, Siwan, Bihar vide impugned Order dated 04.05.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504 and 34 of IPC

4. Perusal of the statement of witnesses clearly shows that there is nothing in their statement on the basis of which the offences under Section 341, 323, 379, 504 and 34 of IPC can be

5. Accordingly, the Trial Court has rightly acquitted the accused persons from the alleged offences as mentioned herein.

6. I do not found any ground to grant leave to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed at this stage itself.
