2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 73 of 2025 dated 15.02.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

The main submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel are that the instant matter relates to the recovery of country-made pistol from the physical possession of this petitioner but the said allegation is completely false and the petitioner has been falsely roped in the alleged recovery of firearms, however, the petitioner has suffered a lot as he has been languishing in jail since 15.02.2025 despite having no criminal antecedent and against him, the investigation has been completed.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44375 of 2025(3) dt.21-07-2025 2/2 prayer for bail of the petitioner.

5. Heard both the sides and perused the FIR and the trial court's order. Though the instant matter relates to the recovery of a country-made pistol from the physical possession of this petitioner, however, considering the custody period of petitioner which has been about five months and mainly coupled with his fair and clean antecedent as well as the completion of investigation against him, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 73 of 2025 on further this condition that the petitioner shall be released on bail after the framing of charge if the same has not been framed upon him.
