2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 144 of 2024 dated 27.10.2024 registered for the offence/s punishable u/ss 103(1) and 303(2) of the BNS.
3. As per the prosecution case, It is alleged that the petitioner was trying to snatch Rs. 3000/- from the informant's uncle and when he did not succeed, he pushed him on the surface due to which he received head injury. When the informant went to rescue, the petitioner pointed pistol on him and fled away and during the treatment, the informant's uncle

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has no intention to cause death of the deceased. It is further submitted that the petitioner and the deceased were engaged in friendly banter and casual interaction together and it was an unfortunate accident where the deceased slipped and sustained head injury. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 27.02.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Khagaria in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 144 of 2024, with the condition/s:- (i). The petitioner is directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and every date, failing which on two consecutive dates without reasonable
