Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 466, 467, 468, 471, 474, 420,120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Main allegation is that land possession certificate was issued by accused No.1 in favour of other accused including the petitioner in respect of the land of the complainant. Allegation is that land possession certificate was issued without jamabandi in the name of the person in whose favour such certificate was issued. In fact the land possession certificate was forged one to put wrongful claim on the land of the complainant.

Learned counsel for the informant opposed the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42584 of 2019(2) dt.11-07-2019 2/2 prayer for bail.

Considering the nature of allegation and completion of investigation against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Lauriya Police Station Case No.181 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
