JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-08-2015 The petitioner, having Thela vender Licence no.11 of 1996, Ward no.12, Nagar Parishad, Sheikhpura, has been stopped supply of Kerosin oil only on issuance of show cause on 24.9.2012. He filed his reply on 29.9.2012. The petitioner submits that up till now no decision has been taken on his reply. He has annexed a photo stat copy of the show cause reply along with endorsement of its receipt. It appears that petitioner's show cause reply has already been received by the respondents but there is no response till date.

In the circumstances, if no final order is passed on petitioner's reply within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, show cause notice would automatically be quashed.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
