ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 26-04-2016 The petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 25.11.2006 passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, F.T.C 4, Kaimur in Cr. Appeal No. 03 of 2004/10 of 2005. Having gone through the impugned judgment of conviction and sentence, I am unable to find any illegality in the same. However, considering the period of custody undergone by the petitioner and the date of occurrence, the period of sentence is modified to the extent of period already undergone by him.

With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the revision application is dismissed.
