The State will neither take a decision on the subject of granting recognition to the institution nor will they file a counter affidavit despite the writ application having remained pending since 1st of May, 2013. This is a rather unfortunate situation and may be even unacceptable position.
Let the petitioner, therefore, approach the Director, Secondary Education, Government of Bihar
Patna High Court CWJC No.9352 of 2013 dt.13-08-2015 2/2 with the supporting materials on this score. The Director would be well obliged to take a decision preferably within a period of three months thereof.
