The following reliefs have been sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application.
"1 That this writ petition is for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent concerned to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner/appellant dated 24.04.2014 expeditiously in accordance with law, which is pending since long before the concerned respondent."
Considering the reliefs as sought for by the petitioner in
Patna High Court CWJC No.10696 of 2014 (2) dt.28-11-2017 2/2 the present writ application, the respondent no. 2, The Secretarycum-Executive Director, State Health Committee, Bihar, is directed to dispose of the Appeal of the petitioner dated 24.04.2014, vide Annexure-7 to the preset writ application, within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
