Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 279, 413, 414, 417, 418, 419, 420, 465, 467 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. According to FIR, three person were riding on a motorcycle rashly. The police chased and arrested them. Petitioner was one of the motorcycle riders. Co-accused Ajit Kumar @ Nand Kumar has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 40885 of 2019. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
