The Petitioner seeks revision of the Judgment and order of acquittal dated 22.12.2006 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No. 4, Khagaria, in Sessions Case No. 654 of 1991.

Having gone through the impugned judgment, I do not find any reason for interference and, hence, the application stands dismissed.
