JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-09-2015 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 9.7.2013 passed by the District Magistrate, Sheohar cancelling the stamp vending licence of the petitioner bearing No.01/2013. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file revision before the Inspector General, Registration, Bihar, Patna, Respondent No.3, against the order passed by the District Magistrate, Sheohar, who would condone the delay sympathetically in filing revision as the petitioner was pursuing his remedy before this Court. It is expected that the revision would be disposed of expeditiously preferably within three months from the date of its filing.
