ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 13-02-2015 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 18.01.2012 passed by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jamui in Compliant Case No. 999C of 2008 by which he has rejected the application for adding Section 307 IPC. Considering that the Magistrate was well within the powers to do so and he passed the order after looking into the facts of the case, I see no merit in the application. The same is rejected.
