Aforesaid Cr. Misc. application was dismissed for non-appearance of learned counsel for the petitioner on that date as well as since last two previous dates.

The reason for non-appearance is explained in the petition.

Hence, for substantial justice, the dismissal is set aside and the prayer for restoration is allowed.
